Delivery information
We have the following terms & conditions for delivery:
- Your order is delivered via courier service, with money paid to the courier.
- Under a total amount of HUF 20,000 we charge an extra HUF 1,000 for delivery.
- We provide free delivery for orders exceeding HUF 20,000.
- Delivery is on business days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Should you be not available at the delivery address, the courier service will attempt to reach you at another time. After two unsuccessful attempts the parcel will be returned to us. In the case of being seriously hindered from receiving your order, you may ask for a repeated delivery. In any other cases, we reserve the right to discontinue delivery to unreachable recipients and delivery addresses, or require payment prior delivery.
- We offer a quality guarantee for all our goods. In the event of receiving any faulty items, you can send them back to us with the bill or a copy of the bill included. If for some reason we cannot exchange your defective item for a correct one, you have the option of choosing something else from our store. Alternatively, if you are unhappy with such replacement, your money will be returned.
International shipping:
In the case of deliveries outside Hungary, we use individual shipping rates. In each case, these are specified and consulted with our clients via email.
